HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED?
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of receiving your payment. Any order placed on the weekend or on holidays will be processed the first following business day.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are free to make changes to your order at anytime before the product is shipped. Please email email@example.com if you wish to cancel an order. Once the item is shipped, you can explore your return and exchange options based on our policies.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
DO I HAVE TO COVER THE SHIPPING FEE WHEN RETURNING A PRODUCT ITEM?
Yes. Shipping fee will only be covered if the item was sent to you by mistake or the item was damaged. In which case you will be asked to submit a photo proving there was damage.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?
Please allow up to 3-5 business days of receiving the returned product to process the refund. The funds will be returned to you by e-transfer at the same email address used during the purchase.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
You are given 7 days to request an exchange or refund for the product you have received. Items must be in its original condition and unworn. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund & exchange and we will provide a return address.
HOW ARE THE PRODUCTS SHIPPED?
All orders placed within Canada and USA are shipped via Canada Post and shipped internationally using either Canada Post, UPS or FedEx depending on your location.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?
Once your order is shipped, you will you will receive a shipment notification email with tracking. Please note, shipping is not available for all international orders.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We are glad to finally be able to offer international shipping. Free shipping is available for all Canadian domestic orders over $60 (use promo code: FREESHIP).

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL BRICK-AND-MORTAR STORE?
No we do not have a physical store. In today's society online stores are thriving and offer the same level of service as brick and mortar establishments. Victorious Caps is committed as a brand, to offering you the diversity, comfort and convenience you would find at your local store. We do hope to do a couple of pop-up shops in the future & feature our products in collaboration with boutiques - connect with us if you have any opportunities to suggest.
CAN I SAMPLE OR TRY-ON YOUR PRODUCT BEFORE I PAY FOR IT?
If you are interested in sampling our products before you purchase it, you are more than welcome to contact us and we will make arrangements to meet with you and have you try on our products. *This service is only available for those residing in the city of Ottawa, ON and Gatineau, QC.
WHO TAKES OUR PHOTOS?
Victorious Caps is fully run and operated by the founder and owner, Victoria Simba who also happens to have a passion and talent for photography. She takes the all website photos herself and collaborates with local photographers as well for the social media content.
