FYT was launched in summer of 2018 by Samukele Ncube and Naomi Haile. The two women built a community for women of colour allowing them build one another by sharing their stories. Founded by Priscilla Dayoro, Female Boss is a women empowerment movement founded in Toronto, ON. After a successful launch, Priscilla partnered with Tiffany of Moumona Beauty to host FB’s first event in the Nations Capital, Ottawa in December 2018. The afternoon brunch featured awesome local vendors, giveaways and an awesome line up of fearless determined and successful women which Victoria was apart of.
